“We Are One Team.” This is what I have been hearing since November 2017 when I began my training sessions with Gene. I have to admit that when I first heard him say this, that it crossed my mind that he could be saying this just to create some artificial feeling of brotherhood due to the face that many personal trainers practice these tactics without fail.
